    One thing I get when I buy from Rio is Rio. Rio will back my purchase
    if there is a problem, the same reason I bought a Bonny Doon and
    didn't build it myself, if there is a problem with the press I have
    the experience of the company to back me up. Often the companies I
    find at shows are very difficult to get any help from the rest of the
    year. Here on Orchid we have Andrea Hill answering problems. How many
    companies do I deal with where I have access to the CEO of that
    company? Outside of my trade maybe zero. 

    Rio's catalog is a sales tool for me as well as my clients. Rio
    increased the competition with their catalog, I use their catalog as
    a reference tool when I am doing research for almost any purchase. 

    That they are not the cheapest is not my issue, I am not the
    cheapest either, people don't come to me for Walmart merchandise.
