    This is an excellent idea. Unfortunately when we started our
    advertising I was still in a partnership with a partner who didn't
    want us to have computers in the shop (she had a hard enough time
    writing customer's names and addresses on our order sheets--she
    usually made them do it). So I can't track back through the last ten
    years. However, I may consider adding some notes in the new databases
    we use. And for those of you who are just starting, or just starting
    an advertising campaign, I think you should all try this.
