    Our building gave us a $4500 credit for work when we signed our last
    lease - we got a new vanity and sink, had some electrical done, and
    more. They have a Xmas party every year, participate in
    Toys-For-Tots, have lists for donating unwanted furniture, etc., wax
    the floors when needed, do all maintenance and janitorial and are in
    general just damn nice people, as is the staff. Don't be somebody's
    patsy if you can help it...
