Rahul,

    Be sure that your shot is clean before you run. And be sure to use
    fresh cool water and soap each time you run a batch. Some one once
    compared it to a washing machine you would never re-use the dirty
    water to wash clothes. 

    We supply a shot cleaner (750 compound ) as well as many types of
    soap for the tumbler - different soaps work better on different
    alloys There is a blue liquid that works well on platinum and a white
    powder soap for yellow gold, some people even combine them - it seems
    everyone has there own formula. But the more lubrication from the
    soap the better and quicker the pieces will come out.
