    Rahul, I can think of two possibilities: Most probable 

    1) Your pins are rusty! The steel cannot be completely stainless or
    they wouldn't be magnetic. You can clean them with a little coca cola
    in water (about 1:10 ratio coke to water) run the solution for 20
    minutes or so, rinse thoroughly and change your normal solution more
    frequently. 

    2) Somehow your alloy is reacting with your tumbling solution, ask
    the manufacturer for the right soap for the pins and do change the
    solution frequently
