Casting stones in place

I have several 10x5mm Marquise lab grown sapphires. I wanted to try
casting them in place. Can you recommend a method or a reference

AJM magazine has published several articles on casting stones in
place. You can locate them and order a copies at AJM’s web site.
(Look under the Article Index.) Articles are free for MJSA members,
but there is a small charge for article copies for non-members.
