Draw two chords (straight lines) intersecting the circumference any
where you wish to draw them. Find the center of each chord by
measuring it's length and dividing by two. Mark that place and draw a
vertical line (90 degree) from that point inward from each chord.
Where the vertical lines intersect is the center of the circle.

This may be pretty hard to do if the circle is small, but it is
great for any circle of 2" diameter and more. All you need is a right
triangle, or carpenters square and a ruler.
