    your legs, and your mindgo for a walk, grab a coffee, just GET AWAY
    form your situation. Your mind needs a "total rest". Grab a bagel
    ANYTHING to give your mind time to recoverwhen you get back in a few
    minutes, your answer will come to you lots faster..I call this action
    a "Mini-vacation". When I was teaching this young lady in Ocala last
    week, every hour we all got up and stretched our minds and talked
    about anythingwe all won, but lost no time by the end of the dayJust
    something to ponder while you're at your wits-end
