    POSITION/TITLE: Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative 

    JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a full time Office Assistant/
    Customer Service Representative to handle phone and email contact
    with retail customers and wholesale clients. Responsibilities include
    answering phones and providing potential clients information and
    quotes, answering email inquiries, processing orders, working with
    clients, assisting with quality control and inspection, as well as
    shipping, data entry, correspondence, and other clerical work.
    Qualified candidate must be detail oriented and flexible; content to
    work in a small, casual office; comfortable with both office work
    and sales. Candidate must be able to multi-task and have the ability
    to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidate must have
    computer literacy and good communication skills, both written and
    oral. Prefer Accredited Jewelry Professional Diploma but not
    required. 

    QUALIFICATIONS: Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP): preferred 

    SALARY RANGE: Salary is negotiable, depending upon experience
