    I also have not had the best of experiences with H&S. After several
    calls to get info about how to return my scrap and how to place the
    order to use up the credit that scrap would generate, they told me
    they were not taking any silver. I decided not to take "no" for an
    answer, thinking they should have told me that when I first called
    instead of after I had gone to a lot of trouble. I called back and
    asked to speak to George Hoover and he spoke to the department that
    handles scrap and no one could be located who would admit to telling
    me they would not take my silver. Go figure? 

    I have not found them to be the nicest people in the world to deal
    with and they can give you absolutely no product information or
    technical assistance on how to use their products.
