[Jewelry making - Article 01063] - [Orchid] Problems with Castaldo Rubber Titanium

Hi!.

    i bought titanium rubber and i don't get good models. First of all i
    vulcanize it at 307f and with enough rubber in the frame and always
    with a extra layer, i get a model a lot of sticky and the diamond
    that appears in the layers don't disappears, the second model i tryed
    with less temperature but more time (15minutes per layer) but the
    diamonds appers in the impresions and the mold sticky,the third with
    more temperature but the results are a model more sticky that the
    others.i clean the frames, the vulcanize are calibrated with
    termometer and all the days i make molds with silicone and the models
    are very good.what is the problem?
