Hi Sarah,

    I've assisted with a gem operation in Namibia that started back in
    1999. Even though Namibia is a producing country - especially for
    Tourmaline, Aquamarine and some rare Garnets - it is not known for
    lapidary or gem cutting. If you email me privately, I can place you
    in contact with two gentleman who may be willing to assist you while
    in the country. One is based in Windhoek, the other is in Omaruru.
