    Not off the top of my head, but I recall seeing ads in the back
    pages of JCK magazine for breakouts from antique rings. Might also
    try the AGTA or JCK Sourcebooks. Or you could have some baguettes
    recut. I have had Penn Gems recut stones for me in the past (stones I
    have purchased from them).
