    Try Otto Frei in Oakland. They sell a torch that can be operated
    with either a blowpipe or a foot bellows. I think Karl Fischer has
    mouth blow torches, too, but you'd have to deal with international
    purchasing from Germany. Both vendors can be googled for their
    websites. I think Frei is www.ottofrei.com.
