========[ Invite a Friend - http://www.ganoksin.com/invite.htm ]======== I need- and would appreciate- advice on the best way to "cut out" a pattern from silver sheet metal (guage ranges 20-26). I have been transferring my drawings to the sheet metal and then piercing and sawing out the pattern using my jewelers saw. My designs are very detailed and time consuming to cut out so I was wondering if I could acheive the same result by etching. Is it possible to let the acid etch its way all the way through the metal? Or does this create undesireable effects? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.
