========[ Invite a Friend - http://www.ganoksin.com/invite.htm ]======== Just had to add that Louis XVI the grandson of Louis XIV took the high heel and had them bejeweled with precious gemstones. The since he fancied himself a fine dancer, would give performances. He wanted all to see his bejeweled heels so he "turned out" his leg to show them off. This is how "turn out" in the style of dancing known as ballet first began.
