Hi Guy,

    If you're interested in enameling at all, you might try the
    workshops at Thompson enamel in Bellevue. They're dirt cheap, and you
    can learn a lot. Their website is http://www.thompsonenamel.com. 

    Also, if you're up for a bit of a drive, Riverbend Art Center in
    Dayton offers many wonderful classes and workshops for metal
    construction, lost wax casting, lapidary, and faceting. They're very
    inexpensive and a lot of fun; I'm a "lifer" in the lost wax class, as
    it's a whole lot cheaper to do my casting there than to buy my own
    equipment! 

    Usual caveats; no connection other than being a happy student.
