    I have posted many questions here, and more times than not I have
    found people more than willing to be kind and helpful. I try to
    always say thank you after receiving help, but sometimes I get so
    busy that I don't get the opportunity to follow up on answered
    questions, so this email is a sincere expression of thanks to all
    who have writen me onlist and off in response to my many requests
    for information. I'm sorry if I didn't thank you directly, but
