Hi Bob,

    One solution to your problem may be drawing your own wire. 

    Using a drawplate with square holes you can turn round wire into
    square of the size you need. You can use a drawplate with round holes
    to make round or 1/2 round wire of the desired size. To make 1/2
    round wire, you start with 2 round wires. join them together at one
    end & draw them until you have the size needed. Drawing 2 round wire
    together in a round drawplate will result in 2, 1/2 round wires.
