========[ Invite a Friend - http://www.ganoksin.com/invite.htm ]======== Hi Peter If I were to do what you have mentioned, I would be inclined to take the wax sphere and split in two, hollow out the inside, and cast it in 2 pieces. You don't have to have a huge sprue for the wax, but you might want to put on a couple of return sprues from the top of the spheres back to near the base of the flask base. After you cast the pieces, finish them, lap the sides that match up, and solder them together. Just a thought.
