    I am relocating before Thanksgiving, and my current 787 square foot
    office space in Willoughby Tower in Chicago will be available as of
    Dec 1. 

    I would like to sell the contents of the premises to someone who
    would like a move-in ready office set up for jewelry; I designed the
    open space so it can accomodate three individuals as an office or be
    set up as a retail showroom. It could also be a great space for a
    non-jewelry company if the alarm service is terminated. Features

    lobby guard located one block east of Chicago's Jeweler's Row. The
    space is on the 22nd floor with east views of Millenium Park, Navy
    Pier, Lake Michigan, the Art Institute, and on a clear day, across
    the lake to the lighthouse at the Michigan border. We have numerous
    dining and entertainment options within walking distance - parking
    is under the lawn across Michigan Avenue.
