    Yipee! I am finally getting to New Zealand next feb and march for 16
    days. I used frequent flier miles to get there. sadly I couldn't put
    the trip together the way I wanted and so we have an 8 day layover
    in Hawaii waiting for the plane to downunder. What a saccrifice. Does
    anyone know how to contact the people that make the marine knotted
    jewelry on Maui. I have bought it on several trips there and would
    love to find them again and maybe spend some time seeing how they do
    it.. At the least, buying another piece for my collectionl. 

    Before I solidify our itinerary, does anyone have suggestions for
    things I shouldn't miss. Arts and crafts centers?  Raw materials?
    Jewelry? Galleries. John Burgess are you out there still? I hope so,
    we will be in Nelson for 2 days possibly if we follow the current
    plan. How are you,? 

    On the way back, we have 2 days in Sydney. Any suggestions? Opals are
    a huge favorite of mine. I would like to shop wholelsale but I am
    small potatoes in terms of buying and don't know if I would qualify.
    Connections would be appreciated.
