    Where did you get the idea you could do this? The black you have
    probably seen on body jewelry is either vapor deposition (nothing
    you can do yourself) or a specialty alloy that is not available to
    the casual user. No, you can not anodize it to black either. Grey is
    the best you can get. At very high voltages you begin to see the
    titanium oxide as white flakes. ooops, you have titanium white
    pigment.
