[Jewelry making - Article 01313] - [Orchid] A neat old book

Hello all,

    I was cleaning out my file cabinet, you know that dreaded chore one
    should do every once in a while. I came across a little book my
    Professor gave me years ago, it was printed in the 1940's by Nelson-
    Hall Co. Publishers: "Cyclopeia of Valuable Information for Jeweler
    Watchmaker Optician". It originally cost $2.50. 

    Anyway this little book is full to the brim with all kinds of
    information that gets lost in time but is so valuable  to those of us
    that work with things OLD and new. It has formulas for metals,
    cements, patinas, colourations and cleaning information. 

    I am Not selling my copy BUT: 

    I looked for it in the internet to see if it was still being
    publisher but found only two old copies on Alibris.com, both are in
    the UK. It is the kind of thing that should be shared with others
    that work in the industry. 

    Has anyone else ever seen this book and the amazing bits of
    information it holds?
