    We sell strips and cut pieces, the owner is a nice guy.  But it's
    like a salmon swimming up stream to get the word Castaldo out of
    peoples minds. He claims "as good as if not better than Castaldo",
    and he's still at it!  It's like the work Kleenex, you don't care
    about the brand as long as it is a good product, and you don't mess
    up your fingers :-)
