Hello O-team,

Follow-up to the original post by Bill Seeley
    (http://www.ganoksin.com/orchid/archive/200501/msg00981.htm).

I've been reading through my copy of this book and I thought it worth
mentioning to anyone interested in the subject that this beautiful
but modest looking book is well worth a look.

Within it's humble 100 pages are step-by-step procedures, recipes
using everything from beer to nails, color photos, illustrations,
history, and some very nice metal work. The metals discussed include
brass, bronze, copper, silver alloys, gold alloys and a variety of
    exotics.

A great set of appendices make up the last 20-odd pages including
Recipe Summary, Alloy Formulas and Patina Samples.

So if you're into patina work, especially if you work in a variety of
metals, this little book is a real gem.

Cheers,
Trevor F
