    Not so, good sir! That which is referred to as "brass" is the
    CARTRIDGE (not the bullet  case. The cartridge case is brass, the
    bullet JACKET is a copper alloy. Correct terminology goes a long way
    toward eliminating misunderstanding methinks, eh?
