    hmm.. I just ordered the guide from you guys last week... inventory
    sticker says "revised"... cover has large gold coin... backcover
    says copyright 2002... no palladium instructions... your customer is
    starting to feel like a <snip>... it's getting late... will call you
    for the "right" version tomorrow.
