Kevin,

    I do engraved silver bangles. I form them with special pliers that
    bend the metal in 2 directions at the same time. If I rember
    correctly I bought them from Rio Grande. But I would suggest that
    the metal should be formed into a bracelet first and then engraved.
    It is easier to hold the bracelet for engraving and retain its shape
    if it is packed with Jet set plastic.
