What are the differences between the MC and B acetylene gas tanks
besides the size? Can an MC tank be used with a Prestolite torch?
Everything I've read recommends using a "B" tank, so I'm curious.

I called my insurer about setting up a work area in my garage. I was
pleasantly surprised that he didn't freak out. I explained to him
that it would be at a hobby level for now but I might expand in the
future. I also dropped him off a lapidary journal and some other
information so he could see how a torch would be used. I'll follow
through later in the week and let you all know what he says in case
    anyone else is interested.

Cheers,
Tracy
