Dear Friends,

    Will soon begin the annual pilgrimage to Tucson, sort of like
    returning to Mecca if I can use that word without getting placed on
    some NSA list. This will be my umpteenth year but my first year at
    the Orchid dinner.  My wife Rebekah and I rent a house out in the
    desert surrounded by cactus.  You can hear the coyotes at night.
    Book signing at TGMS. 

    Afterwards, planning a trip to Thailand, perhaps Burma, perhaps
    Madagascar.  If any of my Orchid friends see me please give a yell,
    I'm the one with the full white beard and the swordfish hat
    accompanied by the much more attractive wife. See you at the Orchid
    dinner.
