========[ Invite a Friend - http://www.ganoksin.com/invite.htm ]======== <edit> Picture posted at: http://www.ganoksin.com/ftp/2-end-balls.jpg </edit> I've asked about this before and might not have been clear so here is a photo to show what I'm looking to do. I want to have a ball at both ends of a gemstone using sterling wire and I've seen it done with all kinds of gemstones and corals. What do I use to do this? A butane iron? I want to make sure not to damage the stone but come very close to it as the photo shows. I'm not a metalsmith and have no one to ask about this technique which I've been wanting to do for a long time.
