Hello Maribeth -

    I just did a search and found the book listed at the website for the
    National Museum of Women in the Arts (it wasn't listed on the page
    for their museum shop - but under a publications header on the left
    column):

    I know my friend purchased it through a printed catalog (he doesn't
    have a computer) - but it apparently is available through the museum
    website. They list a phone number as (877) 226-5294   M-F 10-5pm east
    coast time. 

    Hope it works out . .  if not, I'll still pursue finding out about
    the name of the catalog later this week.
