    I think you are talking about artistic wire which is colored copper
    wire that comes colored directly over the copper, or first silver
    plated and then colored. You can by directly from their website or
    they have a store locator on their page. I think I have even seen a
    few spools at Michaels, but they don't have the Silver Plated where
    I am.
