    CLAY

We will explore methods of creating dimensional forms (hollow forms)
using Precious Metal Clay. embellished with designs and textures to
make your forms unique. Using Precious Metal Clay and Precious Metal
Clay+, clay-like forms of Pure Silver, we will make a hollow beads,
slip 'cast' objets and a number of hollow vessel forms, while
investigating moldmaking, slip 'casting', appliqu=E9 and other
techniques for manipulating Precius Metal Clay. With the help of
demonstrations, slides and examples, you will design, create, fire
and finish your objets. A tools and equipment list will be furnished

polishing/finishing supplies will be available. Experience in
jewelrymaking is not required for this class, where the only limit
is your imagination and the only prerequisite is enthusiasm.
Beginnners will receive the personal attention that will help them
work with the PMC, though some experience with Precious Metal Clay
    will be helpful.

Title: "TEXTURAL DIALOGUE; DEVELOPING TEXTURES FOR PRECIOUS METAL
    CLAY"

Explore methods of imprinting textures on metals and other materials
    (including stamping, roll-printing, embossing, micro-folding,
carving, moldmaking, etc.) and, using those methods, learn to work
with Fine Silver Precious Metal Clay. The focus will be on some of
the textural techniques that translate well for PMC, (this medium is
