    I have ALWAYS encountered difficulties ordering from Stuller.  They 
    purge accounts that have been inactive for 6 months.  I've ordered
    mostly  tools, and it has made no difference, I still had to present
    all the necessary  information every time I order.  I have a
    difficulty believing that they  will sell metal to anyone in the
    world... without asking for "credentials!"
