    Quoting from January's Issue of AJM's "Industry News", I am pleased

          Andrea Hill has been named chief executive officer of the Bell
          Group in Albuquerque, NM.  Hill has served a a member of the
          The Bell Group's board of directors since 1996 and has been
          instrumental in the implementation of management approaches and
          systems essential for the corporation's continued growth.  In
          her new position, Hill will strive for continued improvements
          in manufacturing, more innovated one-to-one marketing, and an
          increasingly streamlined supply chain. 

    Congratulations Andrea! It has been an honor and pleasure to know you
    for the past several years. With you at the helm, I know Rio will
    continue to grow and prosper. You are both professional and
    approachable which to me is a winning combination.
