Hello Sheridan The cold in Chicago is not as bad as the cold up here
in Canada. We have been in a deep freeze since Boxing Day. My
Propane, Acetelyn, and Oxy are all outside and piped into the house
as my shop is in the basement. The temperature outside today is -22C
which is -8F and that is what we have been averaging. Wednesday it is
supposed to get to -27C (-12F). So far I have not had any problems
with the gases freezing or the gauges malfunctioning. I do find the
gases a little sluggish, especially when we first light up.
