    Two corporations have shown positive and progressive behavior. First,
    my thanks to K Mart for allowing people to make donations to the 
    Red Cross at the check out counter.  My heart is off to them for
    this thoughtfull effort. 

    I called Diamond Pacific at 800 - 253 - 2954 with a question about a
    product. 

    They anwsered fully and promptly. and when they found I had
    purchased  the item used, promptly sent a user manual as well as a
    new catalog. My hat is off to them for good products and good
    service. Respectfully
