    Two names to look for that occur to me.  I don't have contact info
    handy, but I'll bet google or the Thomas register web site can fix
    that easily enough. check both Belmont metals, and Oster metals. 
    Oster, way back around 15 years ago, is where I last bought pewter
    sheet.  Belmont is another major supplier of a number of "white
    metal" alloy types, including pewter.  As to shipping to Japan, I
    have no idea, but those are the two companies that occur to me
    first. Good luck.
