Hi Alain,

    No, my cat cannot access either of the switches on my polisher. But
    I can understand your concern. It has a pretty big exhaust cabinet
    (it overhangs the actual polishing wheels) that is flat on top which
    gives her a good flat area to nap when she is in the mood. Besides,
    she would have to turn on both switches in two different places for
    the polisher to actually come on. It won't turn on with just one
    switch. The polisher cabinet is also near a window giving her a good
    lookout point. (She is of course not allowed nearby when the polisher
    is in use.) You can see it on my website and a couple of cute pics of
    the cat too. Look in the "Studio Tour" section of my site and scroll
    down. In the second picture in the left corner you can see my
    polisher with some flower arrangements on top. That is where she
    naps sometimes. I think she gets a little warmth from the can light
    just above that spot. We built the cabinet that supports the
    polisher. Very handy storage and it is on wheels!
