    A friend of mine asked today if I could recommend a Chicago area
    metalsmith to design and create a ring for the special lady in his
    life.  I know there are extremely talented people in this area, but I
    don't know who you are! This man would be a wonderful client--a
    professional, open, and creative himself in his own field--and just a
    really nice person who lives in the western Chicago burbs.  If you
    are interested or could recommend someone, please email me and I'll
    gladly pass along your information. 

    By the way, I get the impression he is as much or more interested in
    exquisite design and metalwork than in gems.
