    The spacers you've described sound like those I've ordered from Fire
    Mountain Gems. Could it possibly be that when you purchased them
    years ago, you may not have realized that they possibly could be
    silver plate rather than sterling? The ones at FMG are silver plate,
    they're not sterling. I would also like to get some of these too! 

    Anyone else know of a source?
