    Wahoo folks, I had a little bit of back surgery, nothing major,
    mostly the kind of stuff that makes a day go by wierdly, but I
    wasn't able to get to my e-mail for a few days. I finally get to
    read my much loved Orchid posts and find that "non-jeweler designers
    at shows" appears to be a topic that elicits much emotion, fervor,
    and passion. I don't remember something getting this much response
    for a very, very long time. I'd love to comment on it all but,
    frankly, I got lost trying to follow all of the different branches
    to this thread. My ears started to smoke, gray matter was leaking
    out my ears and I was wondering if such a simple bit of surgery was
    clouding my brain somehow. I now doubt seriously that I could
    interject anything of value at this point. I both agreed and
    disagreed with several of you and now my head is sore. I'm glad you
    are all alive and well!
