    I applaud those who do the wax and casting themselves. Too many, who 
    apply for shows, buy the wax, alter it a bit (maybe) and then send it
    out to a  "caster"... how do I know this? These people actually tell
    other  jewelers that they should be doing the same thing! I
    constantly hear "Oh, you actually MAKE that???"  followed by "you
    should send it out to a  caster, you can make a lot more money that
    way!" Rubber molds seem to be the way to go . . .
