Hi everyone,

    I am moving from Australia to the U.S. (originally from Oregon) and
    am going to need to set up my own work shop for the first time.  I
    was wondering if anyone could help me on tips with the following: 

    1) a good torch, decently priced, that I'll be able to use on a
    variety of pieces 

    2) a good source for cheap/decently priced tools such as dapping
    punches and block, drill, hammers, etc. 

    3) a good bench plan for a first timer. 

    Any help would be appreciated!!!  Anyone who has tips on resources
    in Oregon, that would be great too!!!
