    Here's my suggestion.  Move to the desert.  There is plenty of dust
    everywhere, so nobody really cares about that.  You won't have a
    lawn to mow.  If you live out of town a bit, your neighbors are
    probably going to try to keep up with you rather than the other way
    around, but most likely they won't care - that's why they live out of
    town in the first place. 

    So . . . desert, out of town, that ought to do it for you.  Hey, it
    works for me.
