Hi All,

    I posted the following message about a week ago and have had only
    one response.  Any other takers? 

    Last year around this time, Brad Smith and I were busily planning
    the first SoCal Orchid Dinner for November in Santa Monica.  This
    year both of us are swamped with other commitments and will not be
    able to organize the event. 

    Is there someone (or two) out there in Southern California who would
    like to take this on?  Brad and I have everything documented from
    last year and will be happy to pass on all our files, answer any
    questions that might come up, and generally "coach" where needed. 

    It was an extremely fun and rewarding enterprise and I'm sorry we
    have to pass it on, but I'm sure there must be a couple other
    Orchidians who would enjoy the experience as much as we did.  If
