[Jewelry making - Article 00565] - [Orchid] Huggies Joint

Dear all

    We regularly face the problems in huggies joint. Joints are open
    after polish then again we have to burnish and it increases our
    production time. In filing stage, we solder two parts of huggies with
    pin joint In soldering this pin we use "COBB 414" gold ready made
    solder for better effect. WE had tried hand made solder but this also
    no use Is any one having solution for this?
