    when I am doing some difficult bead raising and special orders, or
    attempting some extra-ordinary feats of setting, I turn off the
    radio, 78 rpm records/8 track/cassette/CD, throw out the ruddy
    telephone, noise of the electric fan is so-o distracting...I even
    arrest my breathing & heartbeats (noise) while in this state of
    intense mental control...okay, I do breath and let my heart "tick"
    once in a while....LOL ! and sometimes I even tell my shared-office
    companion to go for lunch...even the ruddy fan noise of the p.c. is
    quite irritating..strange aren't I ??..:>)
